5.  COD Refusal

  • COD orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
  • Refusing a COD parcel may block future orders.

6.  Returns & Refunds

  • 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Return product within 30 days to claim a refund.
  • Courier cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds issued via bank transfer within 14 working days. ● Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
